I am a white water guide, in Western Massachusetts which is very different from the Boston side of the state, people do get upset when you get it wrong. I have been doing adventure or extreme sports most my life. I grew up paddling, skiing and mountain biking. In Middle school I taught myself how to snowboard. I raced white and flat water canoes in highschool. In addition to completing in Off-Road Triathlons. I then went on to get my American Canoe Association (ACA) instructor certification in Tandem and Solo canoeing.

I come from north Denver Colorado. My outdoor Career began with the Boy Scouts of America, BSA, when I was in first grade. I grew up hiking the rocky mountains in Colorado, and have multiple 14ers under my belt. I am a proud Eagle Scout and focused most of my outdoor programs on hiking and backpacking specifically. I worked at a Scouting camp called Philmont Scout Ranch which is a high adventure camp. I learned most of my backpacking and gear knowledge from there.
