Ross Damon is a New England-based photographer and video producer with roots deep in the outdoor recreation world. After years of guiding on Class IV whitewater rivers, managing mountain resort programs, and instructing paddlers on moving water, he turned his camera toward the landscapes and communities that shaped him. Through his production company, 531Media, Ross creates content spanning adventure, nature, and community storytelling across his travels. A FAA-certified drone pilot, he brings an aerial perspective to his work alongside ground-level imagery that reflects genuine time spent in wild places. His background as a resort photographer at Beaver Creek gave him his first taste of professional visual work, and he hasn't looked back. Currently transitioning into photography as his primary focus, Ross is drawn to honest images of people outdoors: the effort, the light, the moments in between.
